Description:

Design, develop, and implement advanced AI and machine learning models
Lead AI projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
Conduct research on state-of-the-art AI techniques and technologies
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of our AI capabilities
Develop and maintain AI infrastructure and data pipelines
Optimize AI models for performance and scalability
Contribute to the company's AI strategy and vision
Communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
Expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models, including deep learning architectures
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/ML services
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and lead projects in a remote environment
