Description:

CloudWalk is seeking a Senior AI-Driven Engineer with a focus on Rust to join their team in São Paulo, working remotely.
The role involves discussing and debugging architecture strategies to provide solutions for customers.
The engineer will help improve team productivity, reliability, and simplicity in technical processes.
Responsibilities include leading the development and maintenance of automated test suites and diving deep into debugging production issues.
The engineer will design and develop load tests, benchmarks, tools, and procedures to ensure reliability.
The position requires nurturing and guiding fellow engineers to help them advance in their careers.
The engineer will evaluate and deploy essential software tools, processes, and metrics.
Active contribution to CloudWalk's engineering-wide initiatives is expected.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience operating critical infrastructure and partnering with renowned cloud providers such as GCP and AWS, using Terraform.
A strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, NoSQL, ORM technologies, and the Rust ecosystem is required.
Familiarity with the Brazilian payments ecosystem, including installments, SPI, SPB, and CIP, is preferred.
Proficiency in developing software using Rust is essential.
Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
Advanced English communication skills are required, particularly for internal communication within a diverse, multinational team.
