The role of Senior AI Engineer involves building and optimizing AI-driven solutions that have a real-world impact.
The engineer will work closely with AI and Product Engineers to develop AI products that address challenges such as assessing patient eligibility for clinical trials and predicting hospital success in trials.
Responsibilities include developing AI products, collaborating with product and business teams to gather requirements, and ensuring AI models are efficient and effective.
The engineer will also support observability and monitoring tools for AI models and participate in tasks like manual data labeling and building prototypes.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in Data, Development, or Machine Learning roles.
A minimum of 1 year of professional, hands-on experience with LLMs and related tools in production is required.
Strong Python programming skills are essential.
Proven problem-solving abilities and experience in deploying AI-based features are necessary.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are required.
Experience working with health data is a nice-to-have.
Familiarity with web development (JavaScript) is also a nice-to-have.
