The role is for a motivated and experienced Senior ML/AI Engineer to join a dynamic team of over 10 members.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining AI models, utilizing ETL processes for data processing, engaging in reinforcement learning projects, conducting testing and validation of models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
At least 5 years of commercial experience in ML/Deep Learning/Neural networks is necessary.
Proficiency in Python 3.x and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles are essential.
Experience with ETL processes and libraries such as Pandas and NumPy for data analysis and manipulation is required.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Gym, or similar frameworks is needed.
Understanding of reinforcement learning concepts and their application in real-world scenarios is important.
Experience in using common AI tools effectively, including crafting detailed prompts and familiarity with techniques such as sequential prompting and role-playing personas, is necessary.
Experience with AI tools' APIs, such as ChatGPT/claude API, is required.
Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, large language models (LLMs), and libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers is essential.
Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively are required.
The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment is necessary.
