Requirements:

  • Candidates must have extensive experience working with NLP, particularly with large language models (LLMs).
  • Experience in designing, building, and evaluating retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems is required.
  • A passion for innovation and the ability to execute experiments quickly is essential.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, along with experience using AWS services, is necessary.
  • Candidates should have experience implementing observability for ML systems and managing LLMOps processes.
  • A product-focused mindset is important, with an emphasis on understanding user interactions and behaviors.
  • The ideal candidate should be organized, self-directed, and excel in asynchronous workflows, maintaining thorough documentation for team collaboration.
