• G-P is seeking a Senior Applied AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that address complex business challenges.

• The engineer will spend approximately 70% of their time on data and ML engineering tasks and 30% on researching new techniques in NLP and ML.
• Collaboration with other AI engineers, product managers, and stakeholders is essential to ensure AI solutions meet business needs and enhance user satisfaction.
• The engineer will also be responsible for writing clear technical documentation and staying updated on the latest developments in the field.

Requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must have a deep understanding and practical experience in machine learning and natural language processing, particularly with deep learning architectures.
• Strong foundational knowledge in statistical modeling, probability, and linear algebra is necessary.
• Extensive practical experience with curating datasets, training models, and developing robust metrics to ensure model reliability is required.
• Experience in developing and maintaining machine learning services for real-world applications at scale is essential.
• Strong Python programming skills and the ability to write maintainable, production-ready code are mandatory.
• Proficiency with Container Orchestration services such as Docker and AWS, including Serverless, is required.
• A proven track record in driving AI projects with strong technical leadership is necessary.

Benefits:

• The annual gross base salary range for this position is $152,000 to $190,000, with actual compensation depending on qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location.
