Remote Senior AI Engineer

• The role is for a Senior AI Python Engineer with experience in applying RAG in production, focusing on Generative AI and ML models.
• The engineer will be part of the AI group, reporting directly to the Chief AI Officer, and will work on developing new features and enhancing existing ones using AI.
• Responsibilities include writing production code, utilizing prompt engineering techniques, enhancing LLMOps infrastructure, implementing RAG in production, and collaborating with other teams in an Agile environment.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of professional programming experience, with at least 3+ years in the Python ecosystem.
• Professional experience using Generative AI, RAG, and vector databases in production is required.
• Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Haystack, along with advanced knowledge of prompt engineering techniques, is necessary.
• Candidates should have experience in evaluating LLM-driven applications, including establishing performance metrics and conducting experiments.
• A solid foundation and hands-on experience in data science are essential.
• Candidates must stay updated on Generative AI and ML technologies and be eager to apply them to solve real problems.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and continuous integration, is required.
• Ability to write production-level code in Python following SOLID principles is necessary.
• A proactive attitude and a collaborative spirit are essential for this role.
