The Senior AI Engineer will join the AI Engineering team focused on GenAI infrastructure and applications.
Responsibilities include working with a distributed engineering team, cultivating high standards for communication and quality, architecting innovative GenAI solutions, and ensuring task transparency and organization.
The role requires staying updated on emerging technologies, conducting code reviews, and partnering with technical leaders to refine the GenAI strategy.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience building applications as an engineer.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
Experience in building AI applications, particularly GenAI-based solutions utilizing Agents, RAG, and LLMs, is essential.
Proficiency in building applications using AWS infrastructure is necessary.
Strong experience with Java, Python, distributed systems design (microservices), and data assets is required.
Candidates should be able to articulate technical challenges and solutions effectively.
A deep understanding of processes and the ability to build and iterate within a high-performing team is important.
Proficiency with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and change management (JIRA) is required.
Flexibility to apply software best practices to non-deterministic solutions is necessary.
Fluency in English is required, and candidates must be independent engineers, not part of an agency.
