Dreamix is seeking a talented and motivated Senior AI Engineer to join their team in Sofia City Province, Bulgaria.
The role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining AI solutions that drive business value and enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities include driving the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and AI systems to solve complex business challenges.
The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights.
Mentoring and guiding junior data scientists and engineers is also a key responsibility.
Conducting thorough data analysis and model validation to ensure robustness and reliability of solutions is required.
The engineer must communicate complex technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations is expected.

Requirements:

A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
A proven track record of successfully deploying machine learning models and AI solutions in a production environment is necessary.
A solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling is essential.
Proficiency in Python and deep experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn are required.
Strong proficiency in data processing and analysis using SQL, Pandas, and Spark is needed.
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset are necessary.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization, are essential.
Experience in deploying models using containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a nice-to-have.
