Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in AI solution engineering, focusing on process automation and client-facing collaboration.
Demonstrated experience in designing, building, testing, and deploying AI agents using frameworks such as Crew AI, Windsurf, LangChain, or Rasa is essential.
Proficiency in using and integrating AI tools like ChatGPT and OCR technologies is required.
Proven experience in model development, transfer learning, ensemble methods, and online learning strategies is necessary, along with familiarity with MLOps practices.
Candidates should have data engineering skills, including proficiency in data preprocessing and managing ETL pipelines for AI applications.
Hands-on experience deploying AI applications on Azure or AWS is required, with a strong understanding of cloud-native services.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and infrastructure-as-code tools is necessary to support seamless deployment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex processes to develop impactful AI-driven solutions are required.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are essential for explaining technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
A passion for staying updated on emerging AI trends and a proactive attitude toward proposing creative solutions is important.
