Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in designing, building, testing, and deploying AI agents using frameworks such as Crew AI, Windsurf, LangChain, or Rasa is essential.
• Proficiency in integrating AI tools like ChatGPT and OCR technologies, as well as workflow automation frameworks, is required.
• Proven experience in model development, transfer learning, ensemble methods, and online learning strategies is necessary, along with familiarity with MLOps practices.
• Candidates should possess data engineering skills, including data preprocessing and managing ETL pipelines for AI applications.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI applications on Azure or AWS, with knowledge of cloud-native services and scalability best practices, is required.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and infrastructure-as-code tools is necessary to support seamless deployment of AI solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex processes to develop impactful AI-driven solutions are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are required to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
