Description:

Lightci is seeking a Senior AI Engineer who will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered tools for customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
The role involves full-stack development, integrating AI-driven features across both front-end and back-end systems.
Responsibilities include developing APIs and microservices for real-time AI data processing, ensuring scalability and reliability of AI systems, and complying with industry standards for data security.
The engineer will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to enhance service quality and efficiency through AI features.
Continuous improvement of AI models will be driven by user feedback and data analytics, and documentation on AI models and best practices will be created for knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

Candidates must have proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with a strong emphasis on backend development (80% of the role).
A strong understanding of Data Structures is required.
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and a solid understanding of CRM systems is essential.
Proficiency in Typescript and hands-on experience with NestJS and NextJS are necessary.
Extensive knowledge of AWS infrastructure and services is required.
A solid understanding of software development best practices and design patterns is expected.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are crucial.
Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders are required.
