WorkMotion is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the integration of AI into their operations.
The role involves designing, developing, and deploying LLM-powered chatbots and intelligent automation tools to enhance user engagement.
Responsibilities include training and fine-tuning large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) for specific business needs, ensuring accurate and context-aware responses.
The engineer will establish the infrastructure and tools for scalable AI development, deployment, and monitoring.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in AI development, focusing on building and deploying LLMs and conversational AI systems.
Experience in designing and implementing RAG pipelines using LangChain, LLamaIndex, or custom retrieval systems is required.
Proficiency with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB is necessary.
Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, and LLamaIndex is essential.
A strong understanding of embedding models, retrieval algorithms, and document ranking techniques is required.
Candidates should have a solid background in data engineering, including data pipelines and preprocessing.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and scalable AI architecture is important.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are necessary.
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is considered a strong advantage.
