As a Senior AI Engineer, you will develop and deploy AI models and systems that drive Mursion's products and services.
You will work with large language models (LLMs), voice synthesis, and automatic speech recognition (ASR) models.
Your role includes creating and optimizing intelligent agents using AI agent frameworks and real-time technologies.
Responsibilities include developing real-time speech-to-speech agents, shipping impactful features, improving AI infrastructure, collaborating with teams, analyzing datasets, optimizing algorithms, maintaining AI models, and conducting research on new AI techniques.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience as a software engineer.
Experience in building and deploying real-time AI applications is required.
Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java are necessary.
A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods is essential.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment are required.
Strong communication skills are needed for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field is preferred.
Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks like LangChain is a strong plus.
Experience with WebRTC, machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning is beneficial.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) is advantageous.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is also preferred.

The salary range for this position is from $150K-$170K, commensurate with experience.
