Description:
WorkMotion is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the integration of AI into their operations.
The role involves designing, developing, and deploying LLM-powered chatbots and intelligent automation tools to enhance user engagement.
Responsibilities include training and fine-tuning large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) for specific business needs and establishing infrastructure for scalable AI development.
The engineer will collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to integrate conversational AI solutions into the platform.
Rapid prototyping and iteration on AI-driven features to deliver high-impact solutions is expected.
Staying updated with advancements in NLP, LLMs, and AI technologies is crucial for enhancing system capabilities.
The position requires providing technical leadership in AI and establishing best practices to solve complex challenges.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in AI development, focusing on building and deploying LLMs and conversational AI systems.
Experience in designing and implementing RAG pipelines using LangChain, LLamaIndex, or custom retrieval systems is required.
Proficiency with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB is necessary.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, and LLamaIndex are essential.
A solid understanding of embedding models, retrieval algorithms, and document ranking techniques is expected.
A strong background in data engineering, including data pipelines and preprocessing, is required.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and scalable AI architecture is important.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are necessary.
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is considered a strong advantage.
