Description:

• The Senior AI Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced Generative AI applications, LLMs cloud integrations, and machine learning models to address critical business challenges and foster innovation.
• They will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to identify opportunities for AI/ML integration.
• The role involves data preprocessing, including cleaning and managing large datasets, conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA), and feature engineering to enhance model accuracy.
• The Senior AI Engineer will be in charge of productionizing and maintaining AI systems, creating robust pipelines for model training and deployment, integrating AI/ML models into products, and ensuring system reliability.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective communication of AI/ML concepts, mentorship of junior team members, and staying updated on the latest AI advancements are key responsibilities.
• Technical skills required include expertise in Gen AI, ML model development using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, proficiency in Python, data management skills, experience with AWS cloud platform, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with big data technologies.
• Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of AI/ML engineering experience, a degree in Computer Science or related field, proficiency in English, and a preference for experience in a startup environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Gen AI integrations with LLMs and knowledge of Agentic workflows & function-calling applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing, building, and deploying AI/ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with languages like Javascript or C++.
• Capabilities in handling large datasets, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Experience with AWS cloud platform, with knowledge of Azure or GCP as a plus.
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools for automating AI model deployment.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
