As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing AI-powered automation and intelligence solutions to enhance clinical workflows and improve patient outcomes.
This role involves designing, building, and deploying AI-driven recommendations, predictive models, and automation tools that optimize interventions at scale.
You will work with large healthcare datasets, leverage existing LLMs, and create custom machine learning models.

Requirements:
You must have 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning and AI engineering.
You should possess strong expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud-based ML services (AWS preferred).
You need hands-on experience integrating LLMs, NLP models, or predictive systems into production environments.
A proven track record of AI-driven automation, workflow optimization, or intelligent recommendations is required.
You should have experience working with modern NLP techniques such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and few-shot prompting.
Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making are essential.
You must have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align AI solutions with business goals.
Experience in healthcare AI applications is a plus.
