Remote Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer

Description:

• The Senior Machine Learning Engineer role is responsible for the discovery, design, development, and implementation leadership of machine learning solutions to enhance corporate services.
• This position involves ownership or oversight of projects from conception to deployment, utilizing ML deployment techniques and technologies, particularly AWS services, Docker, MLflow, and other tools.
• The role requires close collaboration with developers, data engineers, product managers, business process experts, and stakeholders to build models and systems that automate and optimize various aspects of localization and business processes.
• Responsibilities include establishing best practices to optimize and measure the performance of models and algorithms against business goals.
• The Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer provides guidance and support to all members of the AI ML team and must communicate effectively with diverse business stakeholders who may have limited machine-learning knowledge.
• Key duties include designing and developing machine learning models for localization and business workflows, collaborating to gather requirements, taking ownership of projects, evaluating machine-learning techniques, developing performance measurement tools, deploying models in AWS, and performing statistical analysis and fine-tuning.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms is necessary.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning is essential.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn is required.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools is necessary.
• The ability to write robust, production-grade code in Python is required.
• Significant experience with ML management technologies and deployment techniques is essential, including enterprise experience with AWS and Docker.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in taking ownership of projects from conception to deployment and mentoring junior team members is required.
