Description:

FullStack, a rapidly growing software consultancy, is seeking a Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer to join their team.
The role involves working directly with clients either through team augmentation or designing and building products.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and testing machine learning algorithms, analyzing data to identify patterns, and optimizing models for production environments.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, proficiency in AI, knowledge of LLM and GenAI, and strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
Additionally, the candidate should have experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, data analysis tools such as Pandas and NumPy, statistical modeling techniques, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Other requirements include attention to detail, a positive attitude, dedication to client commitments, and the ability to work 40 hours per week.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer with strong knowledge of AI.
Design, develop, and test machine learning algorithms and models.
Knowledge of LLM and familiarity with GenAI.
Analyze and interpret large amounts of data to identify patterns and trends.
Implement and optimize models in production environments.
Develop and maintain documentation on machine learning models and processes.
Identify and address issues during development and deployment.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Familiarity with data analysis tools like Pandas, NumPy, or Matplotlib.
Knowledge of statistical modeling and inference techniques.
Advanced English proficiency.
Completion of a four-year college degree.
Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Ability to work 40 hours per week.
