Description:

As a Senior AI Prompt Engineer, you will be a technical and strategic leader, driving the development, testing, and scaling of LLM prompts within a dynamic, fast-moving team.
You will utilize a diverse set of tools and Generative AI (GenAI) to enhance user understanding, empower marketplace experts, and optimize chatbot experiences to deliver measurable revenue and strategic outcomes.
The role involves practical intermediate LLM prompt engineering and using LLMs to process large data swaths, create desired outcomes, and shape bot logic.
You will evaluate the efficiency of LLM prompts using Excel and basic analysis tools, and improve products and customer experience through A/B testing.
Your responsibilities include optimizing existing conversation flows and building new ones that engage, convert, and support customers.
You will conduct linguistic and functional quality assurance of chatbots and work closely with Product Managers to identify new testing opportunities and conversational strategies.

Requirements:

Extensive LLM experience, particularly with prompt engineering, is required.
A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, linguistics, computational linguistics, or a related field is necessary.
Strong knowledge in developing chatbots or working on AI projects is essential.
Intermediate experience in Python, Regular Expression, C++, or equivalent software development is needed for pre/post processing data.
A basic understanding of NLP techniques, libraries, or toolkits is required.
You should understand technologies and platforms such as Dialogflow, Watson, and LUIS, and how they impact conversation designs.
Proficiency in PowerBI and/or Google Analytics is necessary.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies or experience working in scrum sprints is expected.
Familiarity with Azure Boards, Asana, and/or related project management suites is preferred.
