Weights & Biases is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales (EMEA) to assist prospective customers in evaluating and adopting their AI tools.
The role involves working with leading ML and Generative AI teams across EMEA, addressing complex challenges in areas such as computer vision, robotics, NLP, and LLMs.
Responsibilities include leading technical evaluations, delivering impactful demonstrations, and driving successful proof-of-values by aligning the company's offerings with customer needs.
The engineer will act as a trusted advisor, engaging with both technical teams and executives to translate AI/ML capabilities into business value.
Collaboration with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams is essential, serving as the primary technical contact during pre-sales engagements.
The position requires influencing AI adoption strategies and providing insights that shape the product roadmap, playing a key role in closing high-value enterprise deals.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned ML/AI expert who excels in customer engagement and is passionate about accelerating AI innovation across EMEA.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in a senior-level customer-facing technical role such as Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, ML Engineer, MLOps, or AI/ML Consultant.
A proven ability to lead and drive complex technical evaluations, including proof of values (PoVs), large-scale demos, and workshops for enterprise AI/ML customers is required.
Deep expertise in Python, with hands-on experience in TensorFlow/Keras or PyTorch Lightning, along with advanced ML model lifecycle best practices is essential.
Exceptional skills in engaging and influencing executive stakeholders, translating ML/AI value into business impact are necessary.
Strategic advisory experience in helping customers architect ML workflows and drive AI adoption is important.
Strong technical leadership skills, including mentoring junior engineers and shaping best practices in pre-sales, are required.
Candidates should have cloud expertise (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with experience in architecting scalable ML solutions.
Proven success in managing multiple high-value enterprise engagements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is essential.
