The Senior AI Web App & Automation Developer will lead the creation of internal tools and automations that utilize artificial intelligence to enhance organizational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include designing and developing custom AI-powered web applications, automating spreadsheet-based processes, integrating external APIs, researching new AI-driven automations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather requirements.

Requirements:

Candidates must have extensive experience (5+ years) in software development, particularly in AI-driven applications and workflow automation.
Proven ability to design and implement web applications using modern frameworks and languages, with expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, including Node.js and Next.js.
A strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, with hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs, as well as familiarity with frameworks like LangChain and knowledge of vector databases and prompt engineering best practices.
Experience in building or automating complex workflows and processes, with familiarity in integration/automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, and Make.com, along with the ability to create custom scripts or connectors.
Solid experience in integrating with third-party services and RESTful APIs, and building scalable backend services to connect data across systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and document work clearly.
