Description:

  • As a Senior AI/ML Engineer at 3Pillar, you will play a crucial role in software development, contributing to projects that enhance data analytics for clients.
  • You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to identify AI/ML opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
  • Your responsibilities will include implementing and deploying AI/ML algorithms and models into production environments.
  • You will optimize and fine-tune AI/ML models to improve their accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conducting experiments, performing data analysis, and presenting findings to stakeholders will be part of your role.
  • You will develop and maintain documentation for AI/ML algorithms, models, and solutions.
  • Staying updated with the latest AI/ML research and technologies to improve the platform will be essential.
  • Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior AI/ML engineers or team members will also be part of your responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields is required.
  • Ideally, you should have at least 1+ years of experience in building AI models with ML, NLP, and deep learning.
  • A strong interest in AI and a desire to conduct AI research is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Python and the Python ecosystem for AI/ML development is required.
  • Familiarity with LLM concepts, information retrieval, recommendation engines, and predictive AI is essential.
  • You should possess prompt engineering skills and data engineering skills, including the ability to write scripts for data movement, cleaning, and shaping for LLM usage.
  • Familiarity with tooling and APIs using inference engines hosted elsewhere, such as on openai.com, is required.
