Description:
Join 3Pillar as a Senior AI/ML Engineer and contribute to exciting projects that reshape data analytics for clients.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to identify AI/ML opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
Implement and deploy AI/ML algorithms and models into production environments.
Optimize and fine-tune AI/ML models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct experiments, perform data analysis, and present findings to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain documentation for AI/ML algorithms, models, and solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research and technologies and apply them to improve the platform.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior AI/ML engineers or team members.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields is required.
Ideally, candidates should have 1+ years of experience in building AI models with ML, NLP, and deep learning.
A strong interest in AI and a desire to conduct AI research is essential.
Proficiency in Python and the Python ecosystem for AI/ML development is necessary.
Familiarity with LLM concepts, information retrieval, recommendation engines, and predictive AI is required.
Prompt engineering skills and data engineering skills are needed, including the ability to write scripts to move, clean, and shape data for usage with LLMs.
Familiarity with tooling and APIs using inference engines hosted elsewhere, such as on openai.com, is expected.
Additional experience in software engineering with NodeJS, React Service Component with NextJS is desired.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
Experience working with large datasets in a production environment is advantageous.
Knowledge of AI/ML techniques, algorithms, and frameworks, including familiarity with Langgraph/Langchain, is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, are required.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, are essential.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team is necessary.
