Description:

The Senior AI/ML Researcher will contribute to the development of transformer-based threat detection systems and adversarial ML defenses for Army networks.
This role involves being a key architect of hierarchical reinforcement learning agents that implement Option-Critic frameworks for autonomous cyber operations.
The researcher will be responsible for maintaining inference times of less than 50ms on tactical edge devices while ensuring PBFT consensus across distributed nodes.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience deploying transformer architectures in resource-constrained environments.
Proven experience with Byzantine fault-tolerant reinforcement learning agents using PyTorch or TensorFlow is required.
An active publication record in IEEE S&P or USENIX-level security conferences is necessary.
Demonstrated experience in edge deployment of ML models with inference times of less than 50ms is essential.
It is nice to have participation in Army C5ISR programs and experience with MIL-STD-882E compliance.
Certifications such as AWS Machine Learning Specialty and familiarity with AFSIM threat modeling are also preferred.
