Description:

  • As a Senior Analytics Engineer at Linktree, you will play a crucial role in transforming the way data is utilized within the company, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure a data-driven approach.
  • Your main responsibilities will include building a platform that enables data analysts, product managers, marketers, and other users to model their own data and integrate it into their preferred tools.
  • You will lead the effort to prioritize data as a key element in software development, setting standards and guiding product teams on data emission.
  • Additionally, you will develop and maintain efficient data models, provide support to other data users, and offer expertise in data modeling, SQL, and cloud-based warehouses.

Requirements:

  • A platform mindset is essential for this role, focusing on building infrastructure and tools that empower all teams to handle data-related tasks independently.
  • You should have experience in data-driven product development and be familiar with tools used by high-performing product teams, including product analytics, experimentation, and BI tools.
  • Proficiency in data modeling is required, with the ability to translate business requirements into suitable data products for critical use-cases.
  • Operating at scale experience is necessary, having worked on data systems serving hundreds of millions of active users.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud-based warehouses, preferably Snowflake, along with expertise in working with DBT.
