Description:

As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will significantly shape our Data Product Team.
You will support our product teams with your combination of technical expertise in data modeling and analytical acumen from hypothesis validation in the discovery phase to success measurement in the delivery phase.
You will conduct various types of analyses, including product analyses and A/B tests, and prepare the results in a clear, target-oriented, and actionable manner for stakeholders.
You will design, create, and operate powerful, scalable, and well-documented data pipelines using dbt.
You will collaborate with other analysts to develop robust data models for defining and measuring metrics as well as planning and evaluating experiments.
You will create templates and notebooks for comprehensive evaluations, including conversion rates, significance tests, and performance analyses.
You will work on validating and further developing our randomization processes to make them increasingly automated.
You will document data models, analyses, and decisions clearly and comprehensively to ensure knowledge retention within the team.

Requirements:

You have substantial experience in a similar role as an Analytics Engineer and are proficient in dbt, SQL, and ideally Python.
You possess practical experience with A/B testing and understand the underlying statistical principles, such as group formation and power calculation.
You can visualize data using Looker, Tableau (or similar tools) and create intuitive, clear, and helpful dashboards for stakeholders.
You demonstrate business acumen and a high level of responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of results, aiming to make a real impact with your outcomes.
You enjoy questioning things, finding solutions, and making a difference in the team with curiosity and motivation.
