Description:
The Senior Analytics Engineer will manage the analytics tech stack to enable data democratization through dashboards, reports, and predictive models.
They will design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
Building production-ready data models and schemas using DBT to support downstream analytics.
Implementing data orchestration tools to automate and streamline data workflows.
Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for data processes and systems.
Supporting analysts in creating dashboards, data products, and ad hoc reports for GTM analytics, product performance, business operations, and strategic decision-making.
Collaborating with key stakeholders and the leadership team to define and monitor KPIs across the company.
Supporting the development of predictive models for strategic and operational initiatives.
Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of SQL.
Proficiency in a statistical programming language (e.g., Python or R).
Strong understanding of data engineering principles, including data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics with a robust understanding of statistical concepts.
Experience working with BI tools like Tableau, SiSense, Sigma, or Looker.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through visualizations and presentations.
Experience with cloud data warehouse and transformation tools (e.g., Snowflake, DBT).
Ability to collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to address business needs through analytics.
