Description:
The Senior Application Engineer will play a critical role in optimizing and streamlining HR processes and systems.
This position is responsible for owning, managing, and enhancing People systems and their related integrations.
The role involves transforming the HR technology landscape to support operational goals.
The candidate will design, implement, and maintain critical integrations across various HR systems.
The work will directly impact the employee experience by improving tools and technologies that support People and culture.
The role requires collaboration with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to align People systems with strategic priorities.
Responsibilities include managing internal HR systems, overseeing HR operations processes, and leading discussions on HR systems projects.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in information technology or HR systems.
Expertise in administering Workday HR systems and proficiency in platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and ADP is required.
Proven experience in managing and integrating HR systems with a focus on data flow and process efficiency is essential.
Experience in designing and executing end-to-end integration processes is necessary.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required for diagnosing and resolving integration issues.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
Familiarity with building scalable solutions for a geographically distributed workforce is preferred.
Effective communication skills and the ability to gain trust are important for this role.
