The Senior Application Engineer will have deep Salesforce Development and Admin experience and assist team members with Git and DevOps issues.
This role requires over 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining applications that integrate with Salesforce or NetSuite.
The engineer will manage the DevOps pipeline, onboard and train team members, and provide technical documentation.
Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting DevOps pipelines, executing application development tasks, and leading opportunities to improve DevOps processes.
The engineer will also perform unit tests, analyze and debug systems, and provide consultations for business partners.

Requirements:

Candidates must have solid experience writing clean code using Apex, JavaScript, and other relevant languages.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and external system integrations is required.
Candidates should be experts in DevOps processes and tools like Copado and have a strong understanding of Git and troubleshooting versioning issues.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is necessary for iterative solution delivery.
Experience with automated testing frameworks is required, along with an understanding of Salesforce data models and security.
Excellent organization, critical-thinking, and self-management skills are essential.
Candidates should be continuous learners and solid team players who can communicate complex ideas effectively.
A BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with Salesforce certifications.
