The company is seeking a Senior Applied AI Engineer specializing in document intelligence to develop an AI platform that understands and extracts structured data from complex, unstructured documents.
The role involves designing and implementing advanced multi-agent systems for autonomous reasoning, strategic planning, and data-centric decision-making.
Responsibilities include transforming manual workflows into intelligent, automated solutions integrated with fleet operations, and developing systems that can parse and extract data from various document types.
The engineer will create orchestration layers for specialized agents, implement advanced reasoning capabilities, and ensure the reliability and performance of AI systems at scale.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Machine Learning is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML systems in production.
Expertise in multi-agent system design and implementation is essential.
Experience with document parsing and extraction is required.
Proficiency in LLM orchestration technologies and agentic frameworks is necessary.
Strong Python skills and experience with modern AI/ML frameworks are mandatory.
Knowledge of distributed systems and data ETL at scale is expected.
Candidates should be comfortable with the full AI development lifecycle and have experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
