Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in data science, focusing on machine learning and applied AI.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, along with experience in data science libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn, is required.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI models and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is essential.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale databases are necessary.
  • A solid understanding of statistical methods and their real-world applications is required.
  • Experience in deploying and optimizing machine learning models in production environments is needed, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for distilling complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, valuing empathy and collaboration, is required.
  • Candidates should demonstrate self-motivation and a bias for action, with the ability to drive projects independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguous situations and develop innovative solutions are necessary.
  • A Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is required.
