The team operates in a fully cloud-native stack, primarily using Azure, so familiarity with Azure AI tools is beneficial.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in data science, focusing on machine learning and applied AI.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, along with experience in data science libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn, is required.
Hands-on experience with generative AI models and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is essential.
Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale databases are necessary.
A solid understanding of statistical methods and their real-world applications is required.
Experience in deploying and optimizing machine learning models in production environments is needed, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for distilling complex data into actionable insights.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, valuing empathy and collaboration, is required.
Candidates should demonstrate self-motivation and a bias for action, with the ability to drive projects independently.
