Description:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for UI and API testing using tools like Selenium, Rest Assured, or similar.
Conduct thorough manual testing to complement automated tests and address areas needing detailed examination.
Collaborate with development teams to define testing requirements, create test plans, and develop test cases based on product specifications.
Execute test cases, document results, and report defects using bug-tracking tools like JIRA or TFS.
Analyze testing processes, propose improvements, and stay updated with industry trends.
Perform performance and compatibility testing across web and mobile platforms.
Lead and mentor a team of junior testers, providing guidance and support.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality goals and deliverables.
Prepare and present comprehensive test reports and metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Product Management, or related field.
4+ years of experience in software testing.
ISTQB certification.
Proficiency in manual and automation testing for UI and APIs using tools like Selenium, Rest Assured, or similar.
Experience with bug-tracking tools such as JIRA, TFS, or equivalent.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
Deep understanding of APIs, Web Services, and HTTP protocols.
Ability to supervise, mentor, and manage junior software testing engineers effectively.
Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
