Remote Senior Azure Developer

Description:

• We are seeking a Senior Azure Developer with at least 6 years of experience to join our software development team.
• The ideal candidate will have strong programming and design expertise in Cloud Services.
• The candidate should have experience in implementing applications that interface with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and major Cloud Service Providers.
• Responsibilities include providing expertise as a programmer and designer for Cloud Services.
• The candidate will implement and develop applications to interface with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and offerings from major Cloud Service Providers.
• The role involves analysis, design, and coding of new applications.
• The candidate will lead and manage complex work efforts independently while providing leadership to others.
• The position includes maintenance, enhancement, and development of applications.
• Collaboration with Business Analyst, Application Architect, and Application Development Team is essential to ensure design and code meet customer requirements.
• The candidate may work with SaaS and Cloud service providers as needed.
• The role requires comfort working with C#, .NET Framework & Core, MVC & WebForms, Web Services, SQL, Git SCM, and JavaScript.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have 6 years of documented Azure experience, with the ability to work independently on complex work efforts.
• A strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure DevOps, etc.) is required for 6 years.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Python, Java, or Node.js for 6 years is necessary.
• The candidate must have 6 years of experience with Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep for provisioning cloud resources.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and GitHub actions for 6 years is required.
• The candidate should have 6 years of working knowledge of Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
• Experience with Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and storage solutions for 6 years is necessary.
• Understanding of identity management (Azure AD, RBAC, OAuth, etc.), networking security, and compliance best practices for 6 years is required.
• Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and working with API management for 6 years is necessary.
• The candidate must have 6 years of experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills for 6 years are required.
• The candidate should have the ability to work in Agile teams and communicate technical concepts effectively for 6 years.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a DevOps culture for 6 years is necessary.
