Requirements:
Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 5 years in Azure environments.
Expertise in Azure infrastructure, networking, and security is required, including VNets, Front Door, WAF, Firewalls, VPN, DNS, AD, App Service, Container Apps, Function Apps, Event Hub, Defender, and Sentinel.
Preferred experience includes administering Azure AD B2C and a deep understanding of identity and authentication security best practices.
Strong experience with Terraform (IaC) for managing scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure is necessary.
Candidates should have experience managing CI/CD pipelines with Azure Pipelines, incorporating security and performance testing.
Expertise in Application Performance Monitoring (APM) with Datadog is strongly preferred, including real-time alerting and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Hub-and-Spoke network architecture and cloud security principles is required.
Strong database administration experience with Azure SQL Server, including cloud-based backup, replication, and high-availability strategies, is necessary.
Experience with disaster recovery, incident management, and high-availability architectures is required.
A deep understanding of DevSecOps principles, including security compliance, role-based access control, and vulnerability management, is essential.
Proficiency in Git and GitHub for version control and workflow automation is required.
Experience in optimizing cloud costs (FinOps) and monitoring usage trends is necessary.
Candidates must be able to thrive in a detail-oriented, fast-paced remote work environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are required, with experience supporting a remote team.
Azure and/or Security certification(s) are a plus.
