Description:

The Senior Back-End Developer will be responsible for leading the architecture and development of server-side logic, APIs, and databases to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
Collaborate with front-end and DevOps teams to deliver full-stack solutions and drive technical decision-making.
Mentor and support a team of back-end developers, conduct code reviews, and manage sprint planning and task assignment.
Design and build RESTful APIs, WebSocket services, or GraphQL endpoints, integrate third-party services, and optimize databases.
Implement security best practices, monitor system performance, and ensure smooth integration between back-end and front-end systems.
Stay current with industry trends, identify automation opportunities, and drive the adoption of modern development tools within the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 6+ years of back-end development experience.
Proficiency in back-end programming languages, building scalable APIs, and working with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
Strong knowledge of system design principles, security best practices, Laravel, MySQL, PHP, RESTful APIs, and modern backend architectures.
Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, writing clean code, large-scale systems, serverless architectures, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
