Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Master's degree is a plus).
4+ years of experience in backend software development with Python, web frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, or Django), AWS and/or Azure, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in Git, pytest or other testing frameworks, Docker, and Shell scripting.
Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Team player, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Familiarity with microservices architecture, DevOps tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions), monitoring and logging tools, asynchronous programming, and security best practices in backend development.
