The role involves developing efficient and scalable microservices, defining best practices for backend development, testing, maintaining, and improving software functionality, documenting application changes, and mentoring other developers.

Requirements:

A BSc degree in Computer Science (MSc studies are highly appreciated).
Minimum of 4 years of working experience in backend software development with expertise in Python, web frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, or Django), Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Azure, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in Git, pytest or other testing frameworks, Docker, and Shell scripting.
Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to learning.
Ability to work independently and contribute significantly to team projects.
