Description:

Paradym is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their remote engineering team in the EU.
The role involves being at the forefront of the crypto iGaming revolution, contributing to the development cycle from product requirements to deployment.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that align with the company's vision.
The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Troubleshooting and debugging technical issues will be part of the role.
The engineer will lead architectural discussions and make informed technology decisions to enhance system performance and reliability.
Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards is also expected.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of software development experience, with a strong background in Java/Kotlin and Spring.
Experience in leading the design and implementation of large-scale software systems, particularly distributed systems, is required.
Proficiency with AWS is necessary.
Candidates should have experience building CI/CD pipelines.
Good communication skills are essential, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A good command of English, at least at a B2 equivalent level, is required.
