The Senior Backend Engineer will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, designs, and solution patterns as the chief architect for a subproduct.
He/she will collaborate throughout the development lifecycle, refining requirements with analysts and customers, validating functionality with developers, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and platforms.
Responsibilities include providing strategic guidance, designs, and solution patterns for a subproduct, acting as the chief architect, ensuring feasibility and seamless integration with existing systems and platforms, collaborating with business analysts and customers to review and optimize requirements, working with developers to review and validate key functionality and integration, driving and supporting the development lifecycle, and ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business goals and system architecture.

Proficiency in Python is required.
Experience with AWS Serverless technologies, including Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, S3, Step Functions, API Gateway, SNS, Kinesis, Secrets Manager, and CloudWatch is necessary.
Knowledge of AWS EventBridge is required.
Experience with ETL and Data Pipelines is essential.
Skills in Performance Tuning are necessary for this position.
