• The role involves writing quality, well-documented code, writing automated tests, deploying web applications, and participating in on-call rotations.
• The position requires working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

Requirements:

• Experience with Golang or Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in deployment systems like GitHub Actions and AWS CodeDeploy.
• Familiarity with AWS Services such as RDS, Lambda, EC2, etc.
• Knowledge of the Linux operating system and command-line tools.
• Understanding of OO design, algorithms, and data structures.
• Ability to quickly learn new languages and technologies.
• Appreciation for Nerdy's focus on helping people learn and unity in the company's mission.
• Preferably a Computer Science or related degree.
• Fluent in English.
