The company seeks a Senior Backend Developer to join their Development team as a lead on various projects.
The role involves leading the development and maintenance of multifunctional product infrastructure, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and quality.
The Senior Backend Developer will guide and support the team to achieve their goals and foster professional growth.
Daily tasks include using frameworks such as Typescript, Javascript, NodeJS, and NestJS.
The developer will act as a technical leader for the assigned product team.
Responsibilities include designing and overseeing backend development in terms of service security.
The developer will ensure projects meet functional, security, and performance requirements.
They will assist with testing, debugging, documentation, and overall quality control of projects.
The role involves mentoring junior developers and planning their skill development.
The developer will establish best coding practices and conduct regular code reviews.
Collaboration with other teams (internal or external) to efficiently meet project technical needs is essential.
Requirements:
The candidate should have several years of experience as a Backend Developer and a desire to advance further.
They must be capable of reliably estimating project workload at the project, feature, and task levels.
A desire to grow as a leader and manage teams is essential.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and/or Azure is required.
Proficiency in frameworks like Typescript, Javascript, NodeJS, NestJS, and .NET is necessary.
Knowledge of backend design patterns, development processes, security/vulnerability management, and common infrastructure configuration is expected.
The candidate should value good design and security practices.
Motivation for database analysis and modeling is important.
Effective and friendly communication skills are required.
The candidate should be eager to build trust within their team and maintain a positive work environment despite a fast pace.
They should be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with other teams, valuing both personal and collective growth.
Experience with HubSpot and Strapi is a plus but not mandatory.
Benefits:
The salary range is €42,000-48,000 gross annually.
