The role is for a Senior Backend Developer with a strong background in C# to join the Platform Team.
The developer will build and maintain foundational tools that streamline feature squad workflows for faster and safer development.
The position involves guiding the transition to a microservices architecture and leading the migration of monolithic components.
Responsibilities include ensuring robust test coverage for critical services, shaping the platform’s architecture, and improving CI/CD artifacts.
The developer will apply best practices to refine existing code and propose initiatives to drive improvements within the squad.
The role also includes improving observability capabilities to support the continuity and health of the platform’s domains.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years in backend development with at least 2 years in C# and .NET Core is required.
Strong skills in REST APIs, ASP.NET Core, and related technologies are necessary.
Proficiency in unit testing, integration testing, and SOLID principles is essential.
A good understanding of Domain-Driven Design and its architectural impact is required.
Experience with Entity Framework and MSSQL is necessary.
Excellent analytical skills to understand complex code and its architectural implications are required.
Proficiency in spoken and written English to communicate effectively across teams is essential.
Bonus points for experience working in a microservices architecture and knowledge of DevOps technologies such as K8s, Docker, Helm, and GCP.
