The company is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to lead technical direction, drive innovation, and deliver high-quality backend applications.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex backend systems using modern PHP, NodeJS, and other relevant technologies.
Responsibilities include contributing to the technical direction for backend storage applications and APIs, designing SDKs, driving backend performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in the SDLC process, utilizing feedback for product improvement, and contributing to architecture for other backend developers.
The position is fully remote.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in backend development, focusing on modern PHP, NodeJS, and other relevant technologies.
A proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable backend applications is required.
Experience in designing and developing SDKs for usability, performance, and scalability is essential.
A strong understanding of SDLC principles, including Agile methodologies and user-centered development, is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, along with a passion for debugging, are required.
Strong influencing and mentoring skills, with experience guiding junior developers and influencing cross-functional teams, are important.
Candidates should have experience with networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, HTTP, and socket programming.
Familiarity with storage technologies, including relational databases (MySQL), Key-Value stores, NoSQL databases, and file systems, is required.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and containerization (e.g., Docker) is necessary.
