Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of backend development experience, particularly in product-focused tech startups.
Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL is required.
A strong understanding and hands-on experience with caching, workers, and queues (such as Celery and Redis) is essential.
Experience with AWS services (ECS/Fargate, EC2, RDS, SQS) and Docker is necessary; familiarity with Kafka is a plus.
Solid system design and architecture capabilities are required.
Candidates should be able to thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
Experience in deploying scalable, secure backend services in cloud-native ecosystems is a must.
Strong product thinking is required, with the ability to translate specifications into clean, maintainable systems from scratch.

The salary range for this position is Rs 3,500,000 to Rs 7,500,000 (INR 35-75 LPA).
