Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of proven experience in software development, with a strong focus on C#/.NET.
Demonstrated expertise as a .NET Developer is required, along with experience in SQL and jQuery development.
Advanced knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, design patterns, data structures, and common algorithms is essential, with a strong ability to build scalable and maintainable systems.
Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server is necessary, including performance tuning, query optimization, database design, and performance monitoring tools.
Strong proficiency with Git and CI/CD processes is required.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality, are essential.
Proven ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments, delivering high-quality solutions on time, is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
