The Senior Backend Engineer will play a pivotal role in growing the business and transforming the private markets industry.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure backend services, collaborating with Product Managers, working with cross-functional teams, and enhancing team output by addressing technical debt.

Requirements:

Candidates should have a passion for technology, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic are essential.
Proficiency in backend development with TypeScript or any strongly typed language, SQL databases, and frameworks like Nest.js or similar is required.
A strong understanding of system design principles, scalability, and performance tuning is necessary.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience building backend systems in fast-paced environments is required.
Experience in fintech, highly regulated industries, or document processing is a plus.
