Requirements:

7+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in Java and the JVM.
Experience leading complex features and cross-team projects.
Strong communication skills in English.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
Experience with fault-tolerant, distributed systems, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and automating software build processes.
Systematic problem-solving approach and willingness to learn new skills.
