Our client is an innovative company that automates content creators' direct messages on fan platforms using advanced AI that mimics creator behavior.
They are looking for a skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join their growing team and drive forward their cutting-edge AI technology.
The position is fully remote, with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
Key responsibilities include designing and building scalable backend systems that support applications powered by large language models (LLMs), deploying and managing LLMs in production environments, enhancing model performance and infrastructure for high-traffic applications, and collaborating with QA and product teams to integrate LLMs into products.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Golang and Python is essential for this role.
Candidates must have 5+ years of backend development experience with a focus on scalable systems.
A strong understanding of LLM deployment strategies is required, along with experience in frameworks like LangChain or DSPy.
Experience in productionizing LLM-based systems is necessary.
Candidates should have experience in venture-backed startup environments and be comfortable in fast-paced settings.
Familiarity with the DSPy framework for LLM deployment is preferred.
Experience with reinforcement learning in LLM-based systems and knowledge of fine-tuning techniques for language models are also preferred.
A background in machine learning or natural language processing (NLP) is advantageous.
