As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and engineers to architect, develop, and launch innovative products.
Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining backend features for SAAS products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
You will work with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
The role involves debugging complex technical issues, mentoring junior developers, and adhering to best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

A minimum of 7+ years of experience in backend development with NodeJS and any RDBMS language like Postgres, along with knowledge in NoSQL Datastores.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript-based backend platforms and libraries, including Vanilla JavaScript, Node.js, and Postgres databases.
Experience in Microservices, Docker, Kafka, and API Gateway is required.
A solid understanding of system design and architectural patterns is essential.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role.
A willingness to learn and adapt to multiple tools and technologies is expected.
A solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
A B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering is required.
